The launcher is giving an error message as I’m starting it up. No matter what launcher I use, whether legacy or the regular one, it keeps giving this error message. It was working fine a few days ago, before the 22nd. I don’t know the steps to reproduce the issue. All I know is that the launcher gives the error message every time I boot up the Minecraft launcher.
I’ve tried
Uninstalling and reinstalling the minecraft launcher
rebooting my computer
deleting the webcache2 file
repairing the launcher with both the default windows repair setting and the xbox gaming repair tool
The expected result of all of this was to fix the launcher, but nothing changed. This leads me to believe that it’s an error within the game itself that leads the launcher to crashing. I do not have any further information as to why the launcher refuses to load and is instead an error message.
Environment
I have no idea if this'll help but it's worth a shot: Windows 11, NVidia RTX 4060, Laptop computer

Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?
Have you tried deleting the .minecraft folder that is located in “C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft” (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
