So, I tried to file a complaint with the Minecraft. But when I login, it says I’m login though it’s not showing me that I’m logging in. I to put video evidence. Second thing is that it says I have to rebuy it while I bought it months ago and it also, I’m offline while I’m clearly ONLINE. So, at this point I’m confuse. Am I supposed to rebuy it? Or am I supposed to not play. Because both options clearly work with me.
Environment
Why do I need to rebuy it while I already bought it months ago. Why can't I even login into my Minecraft account on my Microsoft account? Why am I offline while I'm clearly not offline.
