[MCL-26817] Minecraft Launcher is not working

Minecraft launcher is not WORKING at ALL, whenever i try to open the launcher there’s always the message that’s attached to this issue, i just purchased the game and i cant play it

did someone solve this issue cuz i have it aswell but i bought this game almost a year ago and it now just started saying “whoops” but it used to work fine before

Hello, I resolved the issue by deleting “webcache2” folder within your %appdata%.

In windows explorer in address bar type: %appdata%\.minecraft
Once you reach this folder just delete “webcache2” folder within. Relaunch the Minecraft Launcher and it should work. It worked for me.
