Hello, I resolved the issue by deleting “webcache2” folder within your %appdata%.
In windows explorer in address bar type: %appdata%\.minecraft Once you reach this folder just delete “webcache2” folder within. Relaunch the Minecraft Launcher and it should work. It worked for me.
