minecraft is a fun game but i have noticed that my MC sometimes logs me out and when i try and get back in says the servers or down or minecraft might be blocked i managed to get back in but i cant play on any servers it says they are down for matince (all of them)

The login servers are down, and thus online play is unavailable. See http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ for status information; http://help.mojang.com doesn't work properly due to [MCL-2863].
Try again when they are back up, which hopefully should be soon.
There is no action you can take to fix it besides waiting.
