Can't enchant

I cant place item in box when enchantment book opens.

When I try to place item to enchant in box to enchant when book is open it wont go into box it goes just outside box. It wont allow me to pick enchantment.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open enchantment book
2. place item in box to enchant
3. doesn't go in box so I cant enchant
