Same thing happened in my world. My Sheep and villagers all disappeared without a trace. The villagers in my iron farm and the villagers in my trading hall. My name tagged sheep also disappeared.
@unknown, Oh sorry, I started playing java version since 1.16, before that I only played bedrock.
And... For some reason, if I give myself Haste 1 with command, it gives me instead Haste 2. Haste 3 instead of Haste 2 etc.
Is it correct now?
I saw on youtube that some people recommended doing this. I even tried using 2 or more beacons. But it didn't help.
@Josiah Walker
The barrel distortion article is actually pretty nice, and does explain some of the effect. When comparing with the actual effect (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yraaPpr3qGo), you would expect ALL shapes to be barrel distorted, which is NOT happening. I suspect the renderer uses a non-uniform way to render objects, which subtly changes the "normal" perspective distortions present in (mostly) all other (modern) video games (which are not causing any problems for me).
This is happening for me and all my friends too on PS4 Bedrock Edition.
Some of us cannot see messages from some other but can from the rest of players. This happens in hosted worlds, realms and servers.
Also, none of us can see anyone's emotes (apart from own) since 1.17 update.
Can anybody help with this.
I think this issue exists in minecraft bedrock 1.16 as well, you can ignore this comment still not sure how I am getting the occasional spawn in my village as everywhere is paved with bottom slabs. But don't think the issue is the chorus plants
I've had this happen as well in the last week. Seems to be intermittent however.
Mobs simply are not spawning as expected. Mob spawners still appear to work and generate hostile mobs, however in dark areas nothing occurs. Strangely, on occasion upon loading there will be a few of hostile mobs, but once those are dealt with nothing else appears.
I have gone some days like this, with no mobs to speak of. Sometimes there will be mobs as usual.
Tonight I had a strange one. Was caving for a couple of hours without any mobs appearing at all, except at the site of one spider spawner that had a handful of spider around it and a singluar skeleton. Later, having gone AFK within a village (about 20 minutes) surrounded by walls I heard zombies. Going outside it was populated as expected with hostile mobs and they continued to spawn as usual. Spawned as usual on reload.
Found this answer while searching for the same issue. Yes, in fact I had two parrots on my shoulders and the portals worked again when I got them off. Guessing this is a known bug that hasn't made it's way into the bug tracker yet.
Thanks for the lead!
I had dismantled the synchronized dispensers in favor of two asynchronous tnt dupers so I will try to make a video now
To add a bit more info...the game froze when I was in the 'settings' menu before launching the game (I was attempting to turn down the Video settings, to increase performance...which was unsuccessful). I'm guessing the issue is on my end and not a program 'bug'; I was hoping to understand what was causing the crash or what component on my laptop may be slowly failing (is it a RAM issue? Video card going bad? ...etc). I did every diagnostic procedure I could find on my laptop and it passes every test so I don't know whats causing my unique issue (I don't see others complaining about this issue).
Thanks again! 🙂 Paul
Yes I see the same issue glad this is being fixed it's getting annoying now
thanks for fixing
The pyramids are a good example I think. It shows the angles at which the sides are rendered are not correct. Rendering is always a trade-of, however in Minecraft it's especially bad such that many people literally get sick of it.
I am also having this issue on IOS iPad Pro survival mode spent ages building rail roads to new villages to obtain new maps but all a waste of time always get the same ocean monument.
Please fix this asap it's pretty much my only reason for keep playing minecraft done most other stuff so just want to explore stuff hopefully nether update will be out soon which will give me something else to do instead.
"4. Re-download the game from the Nintendo eShop. Do not restore your cloud backup."
What about the physical copy of cartridge? It's impossible for me to Re-download from the eshop. I'll have to buy it again?
For me it's clearly the non-linear/non-perspective-correct stretching that's the culprit.
Same goes on Nintendo Switch, but the opposite.
-Second Tnt get launched by first tnt.
Does have knockback
-Tnt player launcher is broken on survival/Adventure mode, No knockback.
Issue still exists on java 1.21
