The bug
Mobs are able to spawn on chorus flowers (regardless of their age). Doesn't make sense to me since chorus flowers are plants, are transparent blocks and don't occupy a full block (visually).

Seconding the comment above. Currently seeing this bug in my 1.15 world where I need to kill several mobs every time I go to harvest my chorus flowers.
I think this issue exists in minecraft bedrock 1.16 as well, you can ignore this comment still not sure how I am getting the occasional spawn in my village as everywhere is paved with bottom slabs. But don't think the issue is the chorus plants
