[MCL-348] Manual Skin Change Reverts

Whenever you manually change the skin in one of the .jar files for the new dev launcher the launcher will automatically re-download that section and change the skin back to default unlike in the current launcher. Even though there are no corrupted files in that section, the launcher will re-download and change the skin anyways.

Works as intended.

The versions in the versions.json are our version and we'll force them in sync.

Make a copy of the version, rename the files to their correct names (to match the folder you created) and edit the json to have the correct version inside.

Or ... use a texturepack?
