I downloaded MinecraftDev.exe today. It said that it was dangerous because it wasn't commonly downloaded, but I knew that was because it was new. I tried to run it and got this message:

I know how to fix it ! 100 % ! (If you have ESET antivirus)
Go to the antivirus and click options, then Advanced settings (something like that) I dont know what actually writes because my computer is not in English version! Then go to HTTP, HTTPS and choose Don't check HTTPS protocol and click apply !
Sorry for bad english ! (If you have Google Chrome and it can't open some pages you are lucky - this will fix that too)
