The new OS X launcher (with bundled Java runtime) will not start when a 1.9 snapshot game is opened. Previous game versions (tested 1.8 and 1.7) don’t cause this issue.
Replacing the Minecraft.app bundle with a clean-slate version from .dmg, running it (allow it to download runtime, etc) will clear the problem and launcher will start properly.
This happens with 1.6.44 and 1.6.45-dev versions.
Anytime launcher gets stuck, the following can be found in Console.app:
16/09/15 14:17:10,000 kernel[0]: Sandbox: launcher(7340) System Policy: deny file-write-unlink /Users/riddle/Library/Saved Application State/YES.savedState/restorecount.plist
Also, trying to select `launcher` application in Minecraft.app bundle will crash the Finder, OS X’s default file manager. Just selecting it, not even trying to open.
There is no error in nativelog.txt. Contents attached.

Exactly the same thing happens no matter the launcher version, non-dev or dev – and those files seem to agree.
Is this co-fixed with the fix of MCL-4022 ?
Please run the normal (not dev) version and give me the logs after it crashes.
