Selecting a new folder will install the version still in the old .minecraft

If you install the new snapshot and have selected a new folder else than C:\Users\User\Appdata\Roaming\.minecraft the version .jar still gets placed in here. But the other files, less the version.jar (like 13w24a), gets placed in the selected new folder
