Cant load into worlds without is crashing

I load up my worlds on 1.9.4 and I can play for like 5mins then it crashes all the time I have updated java and reinstalled minecraft and it is still doing it. I think this is a bug as this did not happen to me until I loaded up 1.10 update then it happened with all of my versions of minecraft. I can fix's the bug. I have put a attachment in and that is what it comes up with all the time when it crashes. This also happens to me when I am playing multiplayer.
