Every Updater launch, it says that there is new update. After update, and relaunch updater, it downloads update again.

I don't know how many launcher updates you've pushed, but my launcher has been updating from 4 days ago. Every time I go to play the game, it goes through the same thing, and the version remains the same. 1.6.76
I posted a bug like this one yesterday but this one was already up.
I am playing on Windows 10 though, with MC 1.11.2
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft Launcher version 2.0.1003 / 2.0.1004 / 1.6.84-j? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
Keep in mind that the "Resolved"-Status on this ticket just means "Answered", and that we are waiting for further information on whether this issue still exists or not. It will be reopened it as soon as the requested information has been delivered.
I suspect this isn't an actual bug - we've had to push a lot of launcher updates recently to fix a number of issues we've seen. You've probably just been unlucky enough to start the launcher often and at the wrong times, so that you've gotten each update individually instead of all of them in one go.
