Migrated Account - Can't login in 1.6 prerelease on 1.0.1 launcher

same here. when i first used the older version and downloaded 1.6 with it, everything worked, so i restarted the launcher to see the new options in its menus.

afterwards it told me to upgrade the launcher which i did, and since then i started getting an "could not log in: invalid credentials" error each time i try to click play.

I'm having the same problem as well. It's a real pain. However I know that there are about 50000 other bugs coming in daily so all we can do is be patient with the mods and resolvers. <3

Who knows, without minecraft for a while we may actually see the sunlight again 😉

The issue seems to have been resolved by forced rolling back to 1.0.0. Marking as Fixed.

And Tomas, Try opening another issue? Make sure you clarify that you know it could very well be a duplicate, and include that the solution for MCL-568 didn't work.
