lang files won't download - Means i can't play Minecraft...

lang files do download when i click play on Minecraft, so i can't play it until it is fixed, it's on the highest version and over (1.11.2).

What I expected to happen was
I thought it would just load and let me play Minecraft...

What actually happened was
I clicked "Play" and then it shows some lang files that don't work...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go on the Minecraft Launcher
2. Click "Play"
3. A "Lang" file shows it won't download 😞
