[MCL-631] Game ended with bad state (exit code 1) MacBook Pro

When i downloaded the Minecraft 1.6 new launcher on both 1.6 and 1.6.1, i start it and it says "Game ended with bad state code (exit code 1). Then it doesn't open minecraft. This was not on the snapshots, this was the actual Pre-Release of Minecraft 1.6.

Right now 10.5.8 is not supported by the people who made the library (LWJGL) to use OpenGL.

Three possible solutions, edit your profile and play 1.5.2 or upgrade to osx 10.6.8 or wait until the people making the library update it (which might not happen, they said they would look into it)

ok i tried 1.5, 1.5.1, and 1.5.2 and neither of them worked. thanks for helping anyways. does it matter that i have mods on the older launcher file?
