[MCL-6534] Skin Error

When i try to change my skin it says could not change skin and when i log onto a server my skin is steve

Due to an issue with Amazon Web Services which provide cloud services for Minecraft, Realms, skins and some older versions of the game will be unplayable due to a download error. You will need to wait for this issue to be resolved or use 1.11.2

Could also be caused by MCL-5455
