[MCL-6727] launcher issue

When I try to run the game after downloading it, I get an error that states unable to create directory. How do I fix this?

I uninstalled Bytefence. I also uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled. I am still receiving the same error: cannot establish directory. How do I fix this?
