A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment

What I expected to happen was...:
the game to start properly (just bought and downloaded, can't play)
What actually happened was...:
soon after the game was lauched and the firsrt pictures were showed it keeps on stopping with a final messege "Java (TM) SE platform binary has stopped working". Sometimes the message doesn't appear.
(Java is updated)
