[MCL-6804] My minecraft keeps crashing

So my miecraft keeps crashing and telling me it's not responding this all started when the new update came out. I hope you can help me.

Hi it's me again,
I followed the instructions and until step 11 it did not work for me. Also when I opened the game output I Only had this:
19:50:52 launcher Preparing to launch minecraft client for 1.11.2
19:50:52 launcher Checking installations.
19:50:52 launcher Minecraft client 1.11.2 is ready to start.
19:50:52 launcher Starting!
19:50:53 launcher Using default game log configuration client-1.7.xml (outputs XML)
19:56:18 launcher Process closed with exit code -805306369

So I'm not sure if I'm supposed to have 6 as in the instructions there were 12.

i have this issue to, i can play mc on the old launcher but not the new one it just crashes just like yours, but i can only get to step 6 before it crashes but it dosent show anything.
