whenever i go on minecraft launcher it says "unable to fetch sever status"

I had the same problem since the launcher last updated. launcher version 2.0.895

Update: This happens for both of my windows 10 laptops. I thought the severs were down but this has been going on for three days now.

Fixed mine. Is your time set right? I set mine back to glitch mcfee but it made the sign in page security info "Out of date".

Make sure your time is correct.
