[MCL-7150] Prob 2A - Game crashes to launcher, with message like"Unexpected conditions encountered". Crash usually occurs with dangerous conditions, like an overzealous guardian angel.

Problem often occurs when entering water, but can occur under benign conditions. A few samples of crashes attached below.

However, this issue has been closed as Invalid.

Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.11.2 or the latest snapshot.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, please also attach the crashlog.

More specifically, these are game crashes; it should be under MC, not MCL. (Also, please update from 17w17a to 17w17b; there are some fixes between the two)
