Hard to see something that's not there. The 44.22 photo is with my cursor over the first / top level and it doesn't light up. The 53.05 photo is with my cursor over the first / top level, but this time with lapis in the box. As you can see the "foreign" words show up, but no English translation box. The 53.12 photo has cursor on the middle enchantment level, and has the "foreign" words and the English translation box with enchantment name.
Still happening on 1.13 Pre 2. The "ancient language" shows up, but cursor does not provide an English translation of the enchantment. Would think that if "ancient language" shows up an enchantment is available.
