Windows 8 and I do not know why but I can not run launcher who is in a new snapshot is there something starts to load the console and then jump in there fault that I got reboot ... so too restatuju and I still do not.

I know how to fix it ! 100 % ! (If you have ESET antivirus)
Go to the antivirus and click options, then Advanced settings (something like that) I dont know what actually writes because my computer is not in English version! Then go to HTTP, HTTPS and choose Don't check HTTPS protocol and click apply !
Sorry for bad english ! (If you have Google Chrome and it can't open some pages you are lucky - this will fix that too)

@Ante Blašković : Doesn't your solution fit better to MCL-346 ? At least Kaspersky Antivirus prevents there downloading of the Launcher.
