Hello!
I have recently discovered a problem that is making it unable for me to launch minecraft. I have searched this site and many others, but none have worked. When I try to launch minecraft, the following error appears:
Unable to create directory. text2speech-1.10.3.jar
Name: text2speech-1.10.3.jar
URL: https://libraries.minecraft.net/com/mojang/text2speech/1.10.3/text2speech-1.10.3.jar
Error details: Bestand of map is beschadigd en onleesbaar
Filename on disk: 5099-7b37-8cdd-40c1
Path: C:\Users\SIEMJP~1\AppData\Local\Temp\5099-7b37-8cdd-40c1
Exists: file
The error details are in Dutch, but are translated to English as follows: File or directory is corrupted or unreadable. I have tried to reinstall minecraft and java, but when my java is disabled or enabled, I can't remove the .minecraft folder. It says it's going to the recycling bin, but when it's finished to folder is still there. I hope this information has helped,

I have looked for that directory/file, but it is not listed anywhere on that location, and I have the option enabled that allows me to see hidden files. I have tried doing it using cmd, but that also didn't work. Any ideas?
Can you try deleting
C:\Users\SIEMJP~1\AppData\Local\Temp\5099-7b37-8cdd-40c1
and trying again?
