[MCL-8389] Log output not auto-scrolling

When I start a game with the log output enabled, it does not auto scroll, and it shows every entry in the selected categories, regardless of how many it is set to show (i.e. my log was showing over 1000 entries even though it was only set to show 100. I play modded Minecraft through the twitch app, although I tested in vanilla with the vanilla launcher and it still occurs. Please fix soon.

Is it supposed to scroll automatically? It looks like not a lot of people are reporting this, and no updates on this issue since last year. The new launcher's game output hasn't scrolled automatically on my end since I got it years ago. It still doesn't on 2.1.15850.
