Startup fails continuously

The launcher starts and after that when i see the mojang logo it will not go to the screen where i can select play. I am getting really sick of it. I play minecraft for around 2/3 years now and this problem is not new. I had this once before and i couldn't fix it so i bought a laptop with windows 10. Then everything was okay and now the whole problem is starting over again. I really want this to be fixed because i don't want to buy a new laptop only for minecraft. I hope this problem will be fixed very soon because i know i am not the only one with this problem. My sister has exactly the same problem as me.
Please fix this as soon as possible.

Please navigate to the Minecraft data folder (how-to) and do the following:

  • If you find a crash-reports folder, please attach the most recent crash report from inside that folder.

  • If you find any files starting with hs_err_pid, please attach those files.

  • If you could not find any above files, then please attach launcher_log.txt.

That's from Sep 2, likely to be an unrelated crash. Can you attach launcher_log.txt?
