[MCL-8905] Error Unable to save dowloand

i just bought a new computer and i tried to play minecraft and it says Unable to save dowloands
i unistall and install minecraft like 5 time i also unistall java but it dosent work its been like this since yesterday and i cant play but other people can is it a problom with the launcher or my computer? Its with all the version 1.8.9 1.8 1.7.10
