I have the problem on a computer with windows 7 and another with windows 10. I have already tested with java 7 and the latest (Java 8)

However, this issue is a Duplicate of MCL-9024.
This is caused by Warsaw, uninstall it to fix this issue.
Please search before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.
