I have been trying to install the game since yesterday but after some minutes waiting I always get an error like this

I follow the suggested link , but I do not have any of those apps. not the bytefence , AVG or non of those listed there.I only use Windows defender and I turn it off now, with the same result.
I try to download that particular file following the url I post and looks is downloading at a speed of 11Kb/s and dropping down soon... now its only 9kb/s
I have check y connection speed and its fine uo to 40Mb/s
now the download speed its only 7kbs/s soon it will cancel
