launchwrapper exists blocking launch

This is only effecting the launcher attached to the twitch mod launcher It is not affecting the normal launcher elsewhere in the computer.
I have checked the listed temp folder and can't see the offending file. I had a computer shut down and restart during a launch of this minecraft launcher. That may have created a ghost file.
Repair minecraft function in the twitch launcher has no effect. Its affecting all version of minecraft in the mod launcher. I have reported this to twitch bugs however since its a launcher glitch I thought I should make a report here too.
