[MCL-9271] Launcher bundles heavily outdated Java Version

Native MC Launcher still bundles Java 8 update 25.
Java 8 update 25 is known to crash with some Minecraft mods.
Latest Java 8 is Update 171 which fixes those bugs.
Why does Mojang refuse to update Java past update 25? Hate having to manually set the updated java version on EVERY LAUNCH in java settings on the launcher.

As long as there are no issues with the unmodded base game, there is no bug.

There IS A bug, the Java version being used is outdated and has major security vulnerabilities.
