Unable to create directory.

I'm trying to play a mod pack but whenever I hit play it says it's unable to create directory. It says this even for the normal Minecraft.

For modded version:

Error details: Cannot create a file when that file already exists

Path: C:/Users\00133\OneDrive\Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Instances\SevTech Ages (1)
Exists: true

For normal minecraft:

Error details: Cannot create a file when that file already exists
Filename on disk: Install
Path: C:/Users\00133\OneDrive\Documents\Curse\Minecraft\Install
Exists: true

Already tried changing the directory to some other files but none of them work.
