[MCL-9704] Legacy: 1.13 doesnt launch when offline

If use 1.13 in old launcher (1.6.89j), it works only if there is internet. If there is no internet I'm getting this in output:

Error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.client.main.Main
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: Using incremental CMS is deprecated and will likely be removed in a future release

this is 1.13 specific. Other versions works.

Unlike new launcher native(old) launcher works with JavaPortableLauncher (which makes Minecraft portable), so really hope that it will be fixed!

I have exactly the same problem (only affects 1.13, older version still start when offline).
Launcher version is also 1.6.89-j game always crashes when offline, but runs fine when online.

Tested on two machines running Ubuntu (I even deleted the ".minecraft" folder an re downloaded, problem still there)

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.client.main.Main

Closing this issue, due to that this is an old version and it works on the new launcher.
