Are you using Discord? If yes, close it and try if this still occurs.

Yes I was using discord and i unistaled it as I had it closed and it wasnt working now its uninstalled its working thank you very much

This issue is already reported MC-124460. It may possibly be caused by Discord's "Overlay" feature.
