[MCPE-100016] Minecraft but the main menu has only panoramic background

When I opened Minecraft the main menu

Has nothing there are no buttons even

If I wait for the button to show up nothing happens

I've had a similar issue with Minecraft. the only difference is I could get some of the menu to pop up, but the whole [MINECRAFT] at the top wouldn't load and I was unable to do anything relating to online, from multiplayer to the marketplace.
