Compass isn’t pointing straight

Do your mean the compass in your hand or the one in the item frame?

The one in my hand is fine but not the one in the item frame

Confirmed in 1.16.40 on iOS. This only occurs when you place a lodestone compass in an item frame that is on the East side of the lodestone block. On the other three sides the lodestone compass points straight up as expected. In an item frame on the top of a lodestone, the lodestone compass points to the East.
