User logs onto Minecraft and the profile defaults to "Steve". The user does have an active Microsoft account Profile that she has been using for months without any issue. She is unable to log onto her account. When she clicks on "Sign in" Minecraft exists and returns to the phone's home screen. When trying to sign in by connecting to a server, the same thing happens. Minecraft exists and she is returned to the phone's home screen. She can only play as Steve - She is unable to log into her existing account.
