Golden Carrot no longer create Night Vision

cannot reproduce
have you put in blaze powder on the left and brewed water bottles to awkward potions first?

Will attach video of issue.

Had to cut out brewing of awkward potion. It was done and you can clearly see that is what is in. Also the carrot will not even load into the interface.

It appears this may be a BDS issues as it works fine on Realms and my single player world.

I have the same problem in 16.200 still

Currently running a server on 1.16.2 and we have the same issue. Frustrating that means we cannot make night vision or invisibility. Any fix yet?
