[MCPE-100349] You cannot apply Banner pattern and enchant shield in Bedrock Edition.

You cannot apply Banner pattern at shield, or enchant it, unlike Java.
How to reproduce:
-Apply Banner Pattern at Shield
Step 1: Go to Crafting Table
Step 2: Apply banner and Shield just like in Java
It do not make a patterned shield
-Enchant Shield
Step 1: Go to Enchanting Table/Anvil
Step 2: Put a shield at the enchanting GUI (Also put a Enchanted book such as protection if you are using Anvil)
It cannot enchanted

Not being able to put banners on shields is MCPE-41265, which has been marked as invalid, because it is not a valid parity issue. Please put only one bug each ticket.

The feature of putting banners on shields is currently available only in Java Edition and You cannot put Protection 4 on a shield since it already absorbs 100% of the damage and it can only be enchanted with Unbreaking 3 and mending
