[MCPE-10052] Breaking double tall flowers gives nothing

You cannot obtain double-high flowers (rose, peony, lilac, sunflower) in survival at all. Breaking it by hand does nothing, breaking the block underneath does nothing, and you can't use bone meal on them either.

Sorry but this bug was been reported so many times that it GIVES mojang a really hard time. Ik the search thing is bad in my option due to the search thing having to be almost exact words but if you scroll through recent bug reports you will this bug was already reported.

You can get them by breaking them with water
