[MCPE-10058] Wrong Y position spawning when restarting the game.

Well today I have a bug, transportation layer as shown in the video, turn to entrary exit the game, such as I'm locked up as I show in the video and to leave and enter aparesco layers or blocks above, I hope to explain well anyway I leave the video in Spanish and I speak very bad English.

Thank you for your report! This issue was, however, reported at an earlier time as MCPE-7037, which is fixed as of 0.12.1.
