Appears to be fixed in 1.20.71

Confirmed for 1.20.70 on iOS. No pack loads, even upon deleting and redownloading. The only indication I had that a pack was active was a texture pack very briefly replacing the start screen panorama with a missing texture.

(NOT confirmed for this report's displayed affected version of 1.20.62, however.)

Affects woodland mansions generated in  1.20.50, the item in question was leather boots.

The upper tile of TNT blocks are among those that are randomly rotated for a natural appearance. As lit TNT is an entity it doesn't receive an alternate model and the string will always face to the East. While I can't say whether this behavior is desired, the issue originally described can no longer be reproduced and this ticket can be closed.
