[MCPE-100742] Missing crafting recipe. Unable to craft even planks from logs.

Missing recipes (e.g. can't craft scaffolding when i've the bamboo and strings, can't craft all kinds of logs (birch, oak, jungle, acacia, etc) to planks, can't craft blaze powder from blaze rods, etc
