I bought a map and mods for tokens. Nothing is installed , you click download and a window appears with the inscription on your PS4 system there is not enough free space. On the console more than 500GB of free space, from minecraft deleted almost everything that was... and nothing helped. What to do and how to install content.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Do you also have the "Editions" version of the game, and if so, so you have many worlds saved there?
You might also want to try removing any cached Marketplace data that you have by going to Minecraft>Settings>Storage and removing any unnecessary content there.
If you are still having issues, it might be worth uninstalling Minecraft and deleting the local data on your device, but please make sure you back up any data you wish to keep beforehand.
