My PS4 Minecraft will not load and gets stuck on the Mojang studios logo I'm using a physical copy but that is completely fine can you please fix this

Please follow Mega Spud's instructions;
Launch Minecraft
When the initial loading screen appears, hold the following buttons:
Button combination is L1 + R1 + L2 + R2 + OPTIONS + Touch Pad, and must be held until the initial splash screen is removed
it will work also on 1.16.60 as well.
