Just updated to the latest beta version and when logging into my world, all the animals (other than sheep and baby animals) are frozen in place and cannot be moved. When hit, they go red once then "move" as when you try to hit them again you can't hit them. Their drops also appear elsewhere, not where the animal should have died.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load world with animals in the newest beta
2. Observe the animals
Observed Results:
Most if not all animals will be frozen in place
Expected Results:
Animals should move and respond "normally" to being hit and their drops should be where the animal appears to have died.

I found that if you exit and restart the game the mob or villager will unfreeze, but they will be located in a different coordinate.

Maybe the reason the mob & its drops are in a different coordinate is that it only renders to be frozen, but its AI is working although you can't see it
