Custom items from add - ons don't work correctly

Please clarify the description of the problem, preferably with the following format:
Steps to Reproduce:

This ticket has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response. It will automatically reopen when you add information.

1. I take the tool from the addon

2. I start cutting the block, but It cuts at the same speed as the hand.

3.  Then the tool breaks. (I checked the addon code, everything is correct there)

The observed result was not similar to the results from the previous beta version.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
