PS4 Bedrock can't connect to world between xbox and PlayStation

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-36190, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

Note that the featured servers showing "Coming soon" is currently working as intended (see the Minecraft for PlayStation 4 FAQ)
